Muskegon River Fishing Report – December 21, 2014

Muskegon River
The Muskegon river near Newaygo, MI remains a touch above average levels for this time of December, but still fishing pretty good for the late December.
Steelhead are still there to be caught and by covering some water, we’re getting into some quality early winter fish. Resident trout are still being caught and some dandies at that !! Check out Brad from above with both a really nice steely and a PIG of a Rainbow.
Present water temperature in the mid to upper 30’s.
